Need a hertz changer for my mouse that is compatible with Windows x64, cheers.

The best you can get, even though it's missing some comfort of other available programs (you need to install/copy the patches manually):
- it only overclocks the port where the mouse is plugged in
- you can change the usb rate on the fly
- it supports Win 9X, 2000 (SP4), XP (SP2) and X64
