indeed, maus is a real good player. But a discussion like this is senseless because every (highskilled) player has his own specialities and fashions which makes him unmistakable. You cant compare mAus and Mystic, because both of them are unique. Understand what I mean?
Its kinda sad to see so many ETTV fanbois looking up to mAus. The guy has zero teamplay... In a normal VIB offence you can find three medics followed by mAus the rambo fops. He might outaim 99% but he's far from being a top player. He doesnt teamplay, his style looks very pubbased tbfh. I admit he sometimes amazes me with some nice tricks and movement but he also succeeds in getting me pissed off at the lack of teamplay. Maybe you are right. He's an even bigger lamer then mystic putting kills/death ratio before objective, playing totaly stupid if seen from a team or objective pov.
If you want a good example look at Belgium vs Norway at beginning of radar. The whole belgium team pushes side, only one dude doesnt. ViB vs Cdap-pi, gold has been stolen, mAus decides to spawn as a fops and go after gold. Maybe, just maybe, he could have spawned as a medic? There wasnt a single reason why he should have gone fops, unless he wanted to prove hes 2pro4ec. I have never seen so much individual skill packed into such a bad clan. Their tax look like chaotic, random, etc. mAus prolly adds most to these random-pub tax. 0 discipline. 0 teamplay and yes he has teh nice aim.
stop looking at his his aim and look what is actualy happening in the game and you will see he plays for his own, not for his team.
Look at all the demos of mystic. He never ever takes risks. He's always playing safe, making sure he doesnt get killed. When you are playing as a team you sometimes need to take risk knowing someone will have to go down if you want to make that decisive push. You will never find mystic in front of that attack, always somewhat behind the rest of the team or following somebody else instead of taking the initiative.
Was reading everything without looking at who was posting thinking wow someones actually talking someo sense then I noticed who it was and it all makes sense now :P
That's why he gets like the most damage almost everytime (ex. Radar vs. Team.Nor?)... If you compare the mAus I saw playing lately and the mAus I played with in zerobarrier i see great improvement on the subject 'smartplay'.
I think he can be important for every team. Count the times mAus got full spawn... You won't come far. He plays a lot more defensive as before.
Agree on some parts, but his gameplay is kinda unique in ET scene. In my opinion his team would be far better off if he actualy didnt care he died and got revived afterward.
When maus is killing people with gib and they are missing the spawn, it is help to the team, and it called rambo teamplayer, I think that the rest of vib just let him do it.
He is a great aimer no doubt, but the most importent stuff is that he is helping to his team during hard situations.

we dont mind mAus not going with us in some attacks ,due to the fact that he opens spaces alone, with his aim and strikes he creates opportunities for us to break through, each team has a player like that , evil , wing , etc
mystic is just the name that is known as good. I doubt if he is still as good as he was before, 'cause of his WoW experience. Besides different players, different gamestyle. From what i've seen of Mystic I saw him staying back more, defencive style. Maus goes more to the front, hunting and stuff.
My fav player would be Gjerry atm i think... He switches from defensive to aggressive gameplay in like a flash of a second. He has uber aim and stuff, so I think Gjerry > Mystic.
But we'll see. Sqzz playing for zP (backup too bad), emzii playing for vib, there isn't really much of a best player lately.
