I never rage so hard that I smash my keyboard or anything.
This is my third MX518 and it is always the same problem, the wire.
It keeps freezing and unplugging because of the wire. I have had this problem on my all MX518s.
had a mx518 for 2 years, a g5 for 5 years almost, and a g500 now (although i keep using the g5, it's better) and never got any problem. Same goes to my 6+ years old headphones... i always see people complain, i guess you guys are just not careful enough!
that's stupid, they don't suck. i have razer imperator and that was a good one, though now using DA. besides copperhead is the best mouse i ever used, had 3 of them =D.
ye ive read about it already, just felt in love with g400 <3 if i'll get the screen and mouse then, i see im gonna play all days long :XD but i said to myself "im not gonna play so much this summer" :(((:D
you already play all day long!! <3 muahah summer is nerdie time! atleast for me it's the only chance i have to play xD it's impossible during university schedule (i study at night mostly)
é o que uso, mas opticos é melhor que laser... tive 518/g5/g500 e o 518 era o melhor para ET... o g500 é fixe mas nao me convence mt e os skaters de origem sao mesmo maus
Don't get me wrong, it's a good mouse, very good. But I feel I aim much better overall with my mx518 rather than with my DA.. I had good settings, nothing weird, even tried without drivers which is better.. So setting weren't a problem. I just much prefer the mx518 :)

I used mx518 for 4 years, what a wonderful mouse it is :')
Now i use DA, and it's even better :)

Logitech G400 is coming soon. It's basically the mx518 with higher dpi / new drivers, optical !!!!
Don't buy xai or g500 or any other laser mouse, they suck hard. Either mx518 or DA, nothing else.
Had a xai, had a mx518, deathadder is by far the best mouse ever made. Fact
ye id get the 3500dpi deathadder, really a great mouse. I broke my older DA (1800dpi) and they replaced it with the 3500, its an even sicker mouse :P
