jagr cant get drafted anymore. he has been played nhl and he just can make deal in some team if they want to take some old cocksucker in their team. they only can loose money and young cunts which can improve theirselves and get 67 into 81 in nhl skill if you play some nhl games

This makes me sad :( Crosby's presence gives the team a massive boost, however, it showed last season how good they can be without him. The only thing that fucked us over in the playoffs was how tired and how many injuries we had :(

You still dont have a goalie for Stanley but a lot better than 10-11 season, gosh I hated to see Philly losing games because they goalies couldnt catch ANYTHING.

bryzgalov was the key reason pheonix made it to the 2nd round last season, so i think they got a good one and with this defensive core which is considered as the best in the nhl there should be something going...and bobs will deliver too i guess as he has now one year more experience...(but trading the heart of the team in richards...i don't know if this one will pay off)

you cant replace richards in the near future with anyone but the reasons he got traded were off-ice reasons. you cant change the team you change the one who's causing tension

What I heard from hfe from a mate Richards was partying a lot in philly even it was strictly forbidden (naturally) inside the team so they had no change but sell him.. but just rumours =) And well, didnt like bryzgalov and some other deals philly made now because they dont got room in cap for Leino if i recall right?

capspace should fit afaik. both earned around 5.5 mio $ per year. But Holmgren said they made the deal to get bigger at the wings and leino isn't a big player so maybe they have other things in mind (as far is i understand wasn't it all with the trades)...

He isn't physical. That's what holmgren wants to change at the wings...they should have traded briere instead of richards (the best 2 way center in the league) but i guess there was no team interested in getting him... that one center would leave the flyers was somehow clear...but i didn't know that richards behaved that bad ( i mostly heard/read only very very positive things about his captain rule of his teammates)

he's not worth what hes asking for. For 3.8 mil id prefer someone like Eric Cole (hopefully someone better) rather than Leino for example

JVR + giroux = win. flyers talking with stamkos too, but hes a restricted free agent til july 1st so it wont matter until then anyway. riemsdyk was compared to ovechkin during the playoffs, hopefully he keeps that going in the regular season. highly doubt it though :(

i think he has now the self esteem to get that going. But he is still so young so I guess it won't be that costant (but even last year he scored 20 goals so that you can expect again at least). Where do you have your sources if i may ask? Didn't heard that rumours, too.. I get nearly every info through flyers.nhl.com or the nhl page so it would be nice o have 2-3 more sites o browse too ;) but i think the don't need a center, they need a big one for the wing

I've never been that big of a fan of Minnesota as a franchise, but I'm kinda liking this deal from Minnesotas standpoint. Giving up burns is a pretty big deal but they're getting 3 first round picks for one player (and a 2nd). Sounds good to me :o

yeah its not that bad.. Coyle seems to be okey aswell. Just prefer success fast and not in the future! :D Also risks involved if they decide get someone like Pitkanen/Kaberle/Wisniewski dont want any of them. Gotta hope Brodin pans out fast, he any good?

I barely watch Elitserien at all but I've seen him play a bit at the world juniors, he should become a solid D. But really in Minnesota it's all about Granlund, finally the Edmonton - Minnesota matchup will be a bit more interesting .. :D

Hartikainen was nice to watch tbh. Not sure what Edmonton's plan is with these two new finnish acquisitions, but we could potentially see 3 gritty finns in Edmonton :D

Its interesting to see if NJD finally start to do something this year. Last year was despicable for them and they should have everything needed for success, on paper that is. Ilya better start delivering this year or NJD will be fucked, the deal they made with him, oh my :D
