New computer?

Hello,
Next month I am getting my summer job money and I have been thinking to buy a new computer for a long time. My friend suggested to buy this computer for 480 euros:

· AMD ATHLON II X2 255 AM3 2MB BOX
· ASUS M4A77T AM3 DDR3 1800 O.C
· KINGSTON HYPERX BLU 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz (2x2GB)
· SAMSUNG F3 1000GB SATAII
· AMD RADEON 5770 PCIE 1G GDDR5 DVI/VGA/HDMI
· SONY 24X DVD+-RW SATA
· Compucase 6C60BS-UG ATX Case
· All-in-One internal card reader with sdhc support
· 400W 120MM ATX power supply
· 7.1 sounds on motherboard
· GBLAN net card
· 12kk warranty

So you guys think this is a good price for this kind of computer or can you build even better computer with 480 euros, since I won't spend more money than max. 500e to my computer.

Do I run smoothly all games with this? (TF2, CSS over 100 fps always)

400W might not be enough
I think it is since this computer store is selling this as a 'package' so I don't see why they would sell this with a too bad power supply:P

actually 400 it is not really good as sani said , ihad 400 W and my pc was overheating from half to half an hour , if i was playing games
Parent
only 480 euros? :D are you crazy? i've 1200 euros for my new computer already and i don't think it is enough
ye but u so crazy
Parent
400W eww
maybe (i don't realy know about price)
you should go for intel processor ( i3 2100 or the new one pentium g something) better performance, less hot,..
480€ .. athlon ii x2? .. 400w psu? :P
You think 400w not enough and price is bad?
Parent
get around 600W imo, price isn't awesome but you need to focus on PSU, CPU & GFX mainly.

Its 30 euro over budget but WAY better value for youre money. U got a 6core CPU , 4GB ram DDr3 , way better gfx card. Able to run Dx11 games and depending on ure screen resolution (anything under 1920x1080) will max out current games.... Also a better case a 500Watt PSU from corsair cuz i dont want skimp on a PSU...if it goes kaboom (wich is what most cheap PSU do) it takes usualy ure entire pc with it. No card reader though or a CD/DVD player I assume u can re-use the one in ure current pc.

So all in all a way better Pc for only 50 euro more... well worth the money! if u have any other questions u can pm me :)
i dont think 400w power supply is enough either
and your graphic card is oc !

anyway, go for intel cpu and never buy asus !!!
they are shit :~>
this system is not 480 euro worthy..
or prices are crazy in finland
They are:D My friend bought computer from Germany and it was a lot cheaper.

you can get here for 450€ something like this^^

http://geizhals.at/deutschland/a510501.html overpowered, was just cheap atm, good 400/450w psu is enough for this system

and btw..to save some money..dont buy 1600mhz rams
they are not rly faster than 1333mhz
and look that the psu is with active pfc and 80plus certified
best from seasonic, enermax, corsair (seasonic and cwt made), cougar or fsp

ah and all who say 400w is not enough - they are noobs :P
aslong you have a legit psu with the facts i told you yet..

cheers

Hey,
I am 99% certain I will buy my computer here: http://www.lapstore.fi/index.php?cPath=1&osCsid=41c838a5f364ffbe8d549473f8949940

It is in Finnish but if I give you a little vocabulary you should be able to navigate through the site to make me some example computer?

Components = Komponentit
Processors = Prosessorit
Motherboard = Emolevyt
Coolers(fans etc.) = Coolerit
HD = Kiintolevyt
Memory = Muistit
Graphic cards = Näytönohjaimet
Cases and power supplies = Kotelot ja virtalähteet ( In a same place)
Fdd and card readers = Fdd ja kortinlukijat
Sound cards = äänikortit

To add items to the buying list, press that picture of red basket with green ball and white + under section "Osta nyt". It doesn't make you buy it, it makes you easier to see what's the final price.

Anyone else willing to help me can suggest different combinations through that site with same method.

540 euros. (you can pick a cheaper cpu but this one is awesome and there is less price than usualy so i would recon you go for it) also you can try to pick another cases and powersupplies (with the one i picked there is a powersupplie into it)
Parent
400 watt is more then enough, but the pc is kinda overprized.
Don't buy any OEM shit like that.
Np with that -
