Yes. I have a DA and I use butchi's mouse settings because if someone has an amazing aiming skills and you use his mouse settings you'll aim just as good as him

Although I detect a lot of sarcasm, I actually think using someone's, that aims particularly well, settings (i.e. degree/cm), it's a better starting place than any other.
