which monitor should i buy

LG W2363D
or
Viewsonic VX2268

No significant price difference (~£160 each)
LG is 1080p
VX2268 has speakers (probably awful, but could be useful)
otherwise, they seem pretty similar to me

I've read some reviews of each but any advice is appreciated

LG panels rock in their monitors. Plus it's cheaper, and 1080p if you need it.

I have the viewsonic and only shit bit is the wobbly stand, so no fist slamming on the desk and your ok.

LG is bigger but with slower response time.

WS is smaller but with better response time.

And I wouldnt call LG some über monitor company either. At least I was told not to buy a LG, samsung all the way.

I had to choose between the LG and the Samsung 2233rz because here is no vendor who sellls the 3D viewsonic.

Dunno but the Acer models and other upper-end 120hz monitors are significantly cheaper in the US than the UK

viewsonic for gaming obviously and LG is atm ordinary screen i would say, for standard usage
