bought New Mouse!

I just bought a new mouse on ebay ,

zowie ec2 white, i already had DA v1 but huge bump was too weird for me also used g5 v2 and currently using Mx510 but shape is too low so i have to use finger tip grip .

also bought new mousepad from allsop Travel Smart Mouse Pad is constructed with the quality microfiber , before i buy a mousepad i check the threads the more threads the better (i worked with a designer for reba) this one is $7 . other gaming mousepads sell over $30 and have less threads but special spray makes it seem it has more but after it wears off your pad sucks...

pads used ;

.Razer Goliathus Control - doesn't last gets frayed quick
.WolfKing Sniper precision - not enought threads
.Steelseries plastic pad - wears out your feet quick more $$$
.Puretrak Talent - don't place your hand on top of the pad or it won't be smooth / flat anymore
.xtrac pads ripper - best one i tested, only lasts a year low price , great performance

and you hope that buying that many mice will boost your skill?
ye and if that doesnt work, you could always code a cheat, call it klapphook and boost your skill from low to med.

Parent
no, just used DA v1 , G5 v1 G5 v2 and mx510
Parent
change mouse every map?
well, i own 4 mechanical keyboards, so i think i cannot blame you for owning 5 mice :D
oO got more after the zowie and IMB one? oja and an old DAS right?
Parent
yeah bought zowie ec2, old DA v1 is good except shape on top is too high like wearing high heels :/
Parent
he is talking to me dude :D
Parent
yeah and i bought a G80-3000 Cherry with white switches for work :D
Parent
And still in Diamond?

Tssss... :P
Parent

trade the zowie for my 7g plx
Parent
cherry g80 with blue mx here .... a friend of mine got a realforce 87u (not sure) with topre switches ... the feel and response is kinda awesome but 220euro for a keyboard is ... too much for my budget.
Parent
yeah also read that topre switches are supposed to be really really nice, but expensive
Parent
is that the goliathus speed edition? i was thinking of testing that next , i'm expecting at this point not to see worn threads / keep same smoothness after rinses / usage , little to no friction from razer since they come out with supposely pro pads .
Parent
control edition, not speed
Parent
Nice collection of shit mouses right there, I wouldn't swap my mx518 for all of them together
i would trade mx518 for g400...old tech ;)
Parent
And what do you think about zowie? I'm currently playing with DA v1, but if I would change it, I'd like to try with zowie.
no need to change unless you think the shape is too big for your hand, zowie is bigger than mx518 / 510 at the back but not as huge as DA at the back for your palm.
Parent
where did you buy your gear ... a cheap mousepad would come handy right now
remember to check the threads on the mousepad , if you see tiny holes like a pin look for one that has tiniest holes in the pad that's the one to buy, if you have small mousefeet like circles or ovals IE3.0 then soft pads aren't great for your mouse what i did was buy zowie or xai feet to replace my circle feet for my current soft pad i got them in off ebay for $2 import from asia, around hong kong.
Parent
i always check ebay and local electronic stores , even 0.99 cents store carry better pads than $15-$30 pads you see , nothing to lose.
Parent
Or buy a Puretrak Talent thats the best clothpad on the market currently... I've had it for ~8 months, my Razer Goliathus had already turned to shit by this time, the Puretrak Talent still looks and feels brand new lol
its shit after two days i back to my old qck
Parent
that's right i've bought many mousepads and $30 ones aren't great like i said it all matters how many threads they use and most of them spray it so it feels smooth but after a couple washes there's so much friction or mouse doesn't respond as it was new...
Parent
Except Puretrak doesn't use any 'spray' to achieve glide, I've washed it several times (though never bothered to machine wash) and I've had no noticeable decline in glide, maybe stu's was defective (bad products happen, can't say its not possible) All I can say is compared to every mousepad I've used, the Talent is the only one that has kept its glide for more than 4-6 months, regardless of how often it is washed
Parent
ok, i will test out the puretrak talent next hopefully this cloth pad doesn't give me friction after couple of uses / rinses .
Parent
xai and not using it??
Mice setup:
MX518
MX510
MX310
G5
Kinzu
Xai
IntelliExplorer 1.1
IntelliExplorer 3.0

what are thesee mice in the middle? are they any good?
zowie ec2 / ec1 .... and i dont like zowies gaming gear in general ... they try to be all minimalistic and all which is good but not for the fkin price.

i got my IE 3.0 and still like it over my DA , Mx518 , dimondback etc pp.
