They promise improving the system by dividing a community into two. As a result Queue times are supposed to become "far shorter" but still if its gonna be just half as bad as lately, this is absolutly unacceptable. I have uploaded some cash on my account and atm there is not much which i do regret more than that. riot is providing a terrible service and since the problems re now present for more than 2 months, this must have an end.
The idea of seperating the community is the worst joke ever. Like every user is having friends from all over europe and right after the seperation of servers, you re gonna leave one half of ur friends behind.
bullshit...
thats their business model.
They earn big winnings with it and by the way... i have uploaded some money onto my account so its not free anymore for me. I demand a working service and they re unable to serve it
thats how riot system works.
The model is brilliant. They offer quite good prices for Riotpoints and you can buy either very useful stuff or luxury stuff like skins for champs.
There is much useful stuff (like e.g. a pack of runepages) which is not buyable with normal free money.
On the other hand your income of free Points is so low compared to the prices that many people invest a few euros to accelerate things and buy champs and stuff.
The system is working but now i also have a right to say, this service is unacceptable and if it continues, they re gonna loose so many players, that the serversplit wouldnt have been necessary anyways anymore
I agree with you on the bad quality of service that Riot is providing lately but I can not understand why a positive change is the final reason that pushes you to find another game.
You believe that queue times will be halved because they will double their amount of service. That is probably just completely false. Let's say there are 250,000 players using Riot's European servers at any given moments. However, Riot's servers only have the capacity to provide services to 200,000 players. This results in the high queue times that we have been experiencing. In the new case, the users will be split(not exactly 50/50 ofcourse) amongst two networks, both with the capacity to handle 200,000 users. This means that all 125,000 users at both networks can be dealt with without problems.
Of course these numbers are not correct but I believe it's a fairly accurate example.
Bah at least I am on west able to play with my dutch friends, too bad going to miss the party with Finnish people and Swedish once, well yeah, you're unlucky east side, you're stuck with Russian feeders. :)
Riot hoes get money like crazy :S
well, where should i start...
