Accelfix for lan

hey,when i played at AEF Kevin , had some tool on his usb stick i think it was named accelfix, when i launched the exe, file it deactivated Mouseaccel from windows and so on, that pretty much helped me out, does anyone got that tool and can share it pls? :P
