recover data after format!

What's the best program to recover my data I lost? because of PC crash and I had to format my HDD.

It happened from second to another. I got blue screen and my PC didn't want to start anymore. Even with other RAMs, and I had to format because when I wanted to open the partitions on the HDD it gave me the messege "This partition is not formated yet, u want to format now?".
Couldnt press No.

next time, burn linux live cd before :d maybe you will be able to recover your date before formating :D

You could have probably fixed it too.
