Kinda nice and original idea, though I wouldnt take it myself. Thoughts?

Gotta fill my most recent one at the autumn when the sun goes away :)

anyway boysetsfire were beyond awesome. even though they only played ~1 hour cause it was a small festival with them being headliner. I already lost my voice during the 2nd song. best band ever.

Quite simple, it's similar to any old bar code. In this case, this kind of bar codes have internet-related stuff(websites, videos...) so when u scan it with ur smartphone app, browser opens automatically the site/thing.

Its not an animated tattoo. Its just a 2d code. Original? Hitman had a bar code on his head a long time ago :)

Bar codes wont work, at least not with normal store-scanners.

They could work if they were done good enough and if the line reader is calibrated to skin tone rather than just white. Ofc 2d codes are much more robust and easier to use, but they take up more space (theoretically a bar code could be only as tall as the line reader field, which is pretty tiny, but it would very hard to scan it).

I think it is about the reflection too, skin kinda sucks the light in it. Cant be quite sure though, dont know anyone who has some "real" item bar code, mostly just binar/other code embedded via it.
