how the fuck i cant open console in this wizard game?

some special buttons???????? winner who solves my problem gets pics of photosynthesis without pants

My computer -> go to C:/ (or what ever folder it is where you have Steam-folder) -> go to program files -> got to steam folder -> go to SteamApps -> then click folder with your account name on it -> choose counter-strike source -> cstrike -> cfg -> open autoexec.cfg in notepad -> type following line there: bind F3 "toggleconsole" -> Save it

To make sure it works: launch Steam -> click tab "Games" -> choose "View Games Library" -> Right click on Counter-Strike: Source -> Properties -> set launch options -> type "-console" -> OK
