mp3 to mff

mhm,im looking for some convetor ( mp3 2 mff ) in order to get my mobile some kewl new ringtons,I'ev allready tried google,and I found only progrems that isnt rly works well.
so I will appreciate any help,thanks.

btw,mff is the type of ringtons that my mobile able to play,the only type :s
