Vettel Interview

was never a fan of Sebastian Vettel, but after this interview in top gear, what can one say, he's a living legend, has all the characteristics of a nice guy and also a great sense of humour for a german :PPPP

Quotea great sense of humour for a german

he represents a different generation
old
but i actually thought kinda the same when i watched on weekend
I wasnt a fan untill saw this nice grounded bloke
I became of fan of him when he drove his car into the back of Hamilton under a safety car situation, and was so sorry towards Hamilton that he was shedding tears.

The guy is a legend.
haha its really a good one :D
Good driver but so far away from Schumi yet.
living legend? because he has a great car? more like doing nothing speical.
then why did he drive the fastest lap?

would probably put it more down to the red bull team + drivers than just "the car", every time the fia make any sort of change to dampen red bull's chances, they still dominate, even when other teams have the faster car on a certain circuit....they still dominate, but i agree it doesn't mean vettel himself is anything special compared to other drivers

Wrong, he's a brilliant driver. However, I do agree that he's got a great car and that he'd struggle more with another car.

I personally don't doubt that Hamilton, for example, would have done a worse job than Vettel in Red Bull. He would have won the championship. But I don't think he'd be as consistent and kept the same high level throughout the season which Vettel has done so far. And he's still very young. It's impressive.

Great guy. Was at Silverstone this weekend and I must say that it was nice to see Alonso win. As it is now though, Vettel needs to be involved in an incident or make a costly mistake himself if anyone's to pass him, and he's only looking more and more confident tbh.
