Quakecon was played 5on5, but the game was entirely different back then. Haven't really played any serious 5on5 games at all (well, some short games with TAG and a few mixes..). I pretty much stopped playing after the last 6on6 LAN (CC6).
I surely need a lot of practise to get in any competetive shape and then still adjust to 5on5. Will take some time and patience :-)
how long did it take to loose alle these kilos?
in which way you have changed your food and eatin habit?
i remember how you looked at enlarged in 2006 and on the SAGE picture you look like a total different person. :)
Hm, little more than 2,5 years so far. Just changed my eating habits from one day to the other completely. I followed the "Schlank im Schlaf" system most of the times, so basically no carbs for dinner and 5 hours without any snacking and sugary drink between the meals.
how about sport?
most people dont know how much weight they can loose if they just stop drinking cola, juice and all this shit. Just water or sometimes tea. Thats one of the first steps to loose some weight.
I know how hard it is to eat no carbs at dinner, expacially after a workout. :<
I'm doing sports daily (well, atleast 6 times a week, sometimes even twice a day). Weight lifting 3 times a week since april (before that just a few random workouts with dumbells for one year), cardio atleast 3 times a week (jogging 6-12 km, biking, football, squash).
In addition to that I'm doing everything by foot, not taking the bus to uni since october last year (1,5 km up hill every day atleast once, sometimes 2-3 times depending on the lecture times). So yeah, guess that's pretty excessive already and I'm kinda addicted to it already :O. 2-3 days without any sort of workout and I'm going a little crazy :-D
wow respect.
I would say by myself im addicted to sport, but doing everything by foot would be too much for me. In this way i'm too lazy! :D
I even take the car to the gym (it's about 1,5-2 km away). :-x
And your workout, you want to get much muscles or is it more like 'Kraft - Ausdauer' workout?
Well, since I'm still trying to lose weight I'm still at a daily calorie deficit, so building up any serious muscle mass is basically impossible. At the moment it's just gaining strenght, a little muscle mass and maintaining the muscles I have (as you lose muscles during the diet as well).
I'm also not doing EVERYTHING by foot :D
Let's say though that I don't mind walking 30-40 minutes to some destination unless I'm in a hurry or need to be on time for something.
sure u dont do EVERYTHING by foot, but i ment that im even to lazy to walk to the gym or to the football train (both is about 1,5 - 2 km way by foot). :)
is halt schon peinlich das du immer (chain) hinter deine kommentare schreibst in der hoffnung das jemand weitermacht
Joshua rolling hard!
in the red t-shirt :o
Aber hat nochmal Spaß gemacht zu spielen

Is there really any need for it?
Goal is to still lose atleast 10, rather 15 kg. Desired weight is something around 90 or so, will see how it looks and especially feels.
