Seriously you don't need a cfg
Play with r_picmip/r_overbrighbits/r_mapoverbrightbits/r_intensity/r_gamma/r_ignorehwgamma etc like always for the graphics part.
Then go to the options menu and disable all the non competetive shit like "screen shake on hit" and stuff.
Then /writeconfig
