Aloha,
as I behaved like a good citizen and didn't download music in ages, I got now tons of songs I need for my holiday playlist. mediaconverter.org's quality decreased a lot though, so I need some advice where it's best to convert from ytube or dl some single songs.
I cannot into money as I am scared of spyware on my PC, I also don't like filesharing software and torrents, hope there's still some good sites left, thx bros and hoes

Also, there's a Firefox addon that lets you do that:

You still need to separate the audio track from the video, though - I think that's pretty easy to do with MeGUI for instance.

If it can't handle the format out-of-the-box, I'm sure there's a plugin for that. Google will probably help :P
I'm just the kind of nerd who enjoys doing things with their own hands a bit, and on top of that I don't use Firefox.
+with the .flv you mentioned, audacity grabs the audio from it too iirc, though I rarely rip tracks from da streams.
