I've seen a lot of streamers fail with him.
99% of the time, when they release a new champion, he/she gets buffed/nerfed in the next patch. It's normal d00d, man the fuck up.

and btw yes wukong is a bit broke, his ult can use a damage buff rest a a nerf. balanced again.
