jetlag

supski cf, came back from an one week vacation at New York wednesday morning. Kinda suffering from a jetlag since then, waking up at 5 am(atm) not falling back asleep, being hungry on crazy times of the day, feeling dizzy, etc etc. Does anyone has a solution for this matter or do I just have to 'sit it out' (if ya know what I mean)?

ps. time difference is 6 hours, its 6 hours earlier in New York atm

Usually takes 1 week to get back to normal. Try not to sleep during the day and to just go to sleep at normal times.

hmmm , i would try to not sleep whole night for 1day and then the next day go to sleep at 11pm or w/e whenever u usualy go to sleep,maybe that will fix it :)
tried that the other day, ended up sleeping for 18 hours lol.

tuesday, woke up at 12 in the day, didn't sleep until wednesday 9pm, woke up at 3:30pm on thursday 8d

maybe it's just me in deep sleep mode, didn't get woken up by my phone or people walking past my room making noise at all ;$

yea I kinda did that @ wednesday, didnt sleep at tuesday/wednesday night, slept a couple hours @ wednesday in the midday(?) and went to bed at around 1 am. Slept till 14:00. So I thought everything was fine (never had a jetlag before) but then came this night zlol

i didnt sleep tonight yet, was playing monopoly at friends house from 8pm till 5am.Then me and my friend went home, hes already sleeping upstairs and im nerding :3

If you want to be a normal person, shift your sleep pattern slowly, hour by hour, over the week.
If you want to be extreme, stay up one whole night (and day) and go to bed early in the evening.
