unbanning

a friend banned some1 from his server and now wants to unban him again

is it possible, if so, how? ;d

my professional advice would be to get a stain removal, getting it professionally done is just unnecessary at this phase

There's a variable called g_banIPs that is a list of the banned IPs on the server (surprise!).
Remove it from there. Use rcon.

I'm not sure if there's a separate command to do that, IIRC I always just removed them by hand.
