So Logitech published new mouse called G400 some time ago.
I am planning to buy it because it is upgraded version of MX518, same shape, same buttons but with 3600dpi (1800 old) and 1000hz polling rate (old 125 default 500 hz overclocked).
So anyone have any experience with the mouse to tell how big is the difference between this and MX518 and its pros and cons?

with the g500 u can set ur dpi up to 5700 :o
They quitted making MX518 and G5 mouses anyway.
Just buy it and try it out. You can return it to the store and get your money back if you don't like it. And if not, then either the store or your country sucks.
thnx for the info
It costs like 35€ here and we have 15 days to try it or swap with another one or money!
as for the 15 days tryout :)) could get it back only if it has something broken and is thir foult :)
not in Polska kurwa : /
And as i said, we have 15 days as a test.. if it doesn't work properly we can just go to the shop and get a new one without use the warranty (after 15 days, warranty only for broken thing)... or we can just "trade" with a different thing.. and sometimes get the money back (although most companies are total bitchs and give a "value check" to force us to buy a different thing in their own stores)
The surface is little different isn't it?
optical sensor
same shape and buttons as mx518
only difference to mx518 is higher DPI
i'd say you can go for it
would not change back
You can do with my information what you want :)

most people play with something low or simply with a small screen, so 400 is enough for them
