Need new headset

So, my old headset (SteelSeries 5H v2) has passed away tragically = ( and I am looking to buy a new one and I was hoping to get some recommendations from you guys and girls.

One rule - Maximum price: £65.00

I would appreciate it greatly if you would put a bit more effort into this than simply typing the name of the headset out. Please, be a bit more descriptive. Tell me why do you think it's a quality product worth its price and excels above its competition.

I have the steelseries 5Hv2 , special bird edition. But i dont recommend it.

Creative Fatality. Bought it 3 years ago, used it for 2 years and it's still working I guess. I think that's one of the best you can get in that pricerange!

Right now I'm using the Steelseries 7H. Price's a bit higher (€100) but it's really a nice headset with a very good working microphone and it really blocks the noise around you.

I'd rather go for the 7H than for the Fatality. ;)

i got these dj headsets, and im never gonna buy an other type of headset ever. the sound is really good (specially the bass) and i only got it on like 10% of maximum sound it can make. sometimes i just put it on 100% and use them as boxes if i watch a movie with friends or sum.

cons: doesnt have a mic, and the cable is like 1 meter long if i put it on my head i cant move backwards anymore because it'll pop out of the computer.

so my advice to you is buy DJ headsets. any type will do i guess

What Goku said about Creative Fatality.
I have it now 2 years and I am totally satisfied with it.

Initially I bought it because it is NOT a usb headset. this comes because i dont like having drivers for too much stuff.

and also: as you can see, galiathus has probs with his g35 usb headset, which suddenly stopped to work properly.

I am sure, there are better headsets out there than the creative fatality. especially when you want to have things like noise suppression, I guess you wont get around drivers :) or some nice directed microphone (unpayable).

tl;dr version: I Have Creative Fatality | i am satisfied with it | usb < red, green plug

Creative Fatality, prize ~120 PLN. I have it for about 2 yaers and still works on decent level.
