WIn7 Fps problem

I just installed Win7 and changed certain effects to none, when i play ET i noticed it's really smooth yet i get 30 fps randomly from 125 steady! never had this problem with xp.

Might be wrong, but that doesn't necessarily mean PB is off!

Make sure the processes are closed.

run as admin
reinstall gfx card drivers
restinall et
updates maybe downloading
check for processes running
..

Nope.avi, just install the game outside of C:\Program Files\.

win7 with 2gb ram = fail
