bAnga isn't talented, at least not yet. He's still in the stage of learning and creating simple things, thinking they're new innovations even though they have been done better a billion times before. Like a child with a new toy.

Either he'll grow bored of the whole business soon enough, or delve deeper into the subject, realising how little he actually knows, which could be the spark needed for actually becoming skilled in it.

Either way, he's not the kind of person you want to actually hire for any more serious enterprise.
