hello guys,
i got this role in this big blockbuster movie that'll be out at 2012... i needed to gain 20 extra kilos so i need to know how i can do this in 1 week without killing myself...
any tips?

I am not sure either if this happens at every mcdonalds, but it surely happens here in order to avoid the "food subsidy"

It's nice when you are training & you gain muscles etc..
but once you quit, your body wants that proteïn & you'll be fat. (that's a fact, and fact without a c is fat ! :O)
Muscles = creatin
Creatin is indeed for faster muscle regeneration, takes way longer to grow mass, but you'll grow stronger for sure. It's what you have to decide when you go fitness.. Do I want an muscled body or do I want to become stronger & eventually have a natural muscled body? :)
But as I said, this is "AFAIK"
