Web Designer Needed

Hi Guys,

I'm in need of a seriously skilled web designer that can do anything from designing logos to flash banners. If you know anyone or think you are suitable candidate please let me know asap. Willing to pay big money.

Nothing gaming related, buts its a big project! Getting Goverment grant and funding hence being able to pay big money for the site

Me. Im into logo and maybe webpage layout designing (not coding). But can pretty much do whatever needed with Photoshop and Illustrator.
