custom resolution for ET

how was the command for the resolution?

i know to make "r_mode -1"

but i'd like to get resolution of 1600 x 900, any1 can tell me, what commands i have to use in my config?

is this displayrefresh important? or is it enough when i take the

r_mode, r_customheight and r_customwidth commands?

yes, i didn't change the displayrefresh either and everything worked fine for me

depends or ur screen. most lcd screens are 60 / 75 hz crt are 120hz

Not all crt's support 120hz, and definitely not on 1600x900. Besides, 1600x900 sounds like a native LCD resolution.

1600x900 is native laptop lcd resolution. That was my point.

default display refresh is 60. Change it only if your monitor support higher refresh rate.
example 75,120. That gives you smoother game.

Use r_displayrefresh 0 for ET to assume your desktop refresh rate.

I dont feel comfortable with so high native resolution, so instead my Full hd i use reso similiar to r_mode 6 (1366 x 768 16:9). Dont know why, maybe its just placebo.
