This is a joke invented by a Brazilian humor site, I have no clue how some actual news sites have such oblivious reporters that they actually took it serious.
The original article even says the boy had a porn stash of 17 million videos and 600 million images (this is dishonestly ignored to make it sound less like a joke by crappy sensationalist news sites), do the math yourself about the amount of hard drives needed...

Muscles? Exhausting your muscles might make you pass out but not die, and wanking isn't even an effective way of doing that.
The only way I could think of it being lethal would be a cardiac arrest or something, and that's hardly a concern if you're young and healthy.
I did 11 in an hour when I was younger, by the way.

With an average of 200k per photo he'd need less than 500GB hdd to store them, who knows what size videos, for all it could be 1-3MB sample clips harvested from the world wide webz so do the maths, plausible much? ;ppp

Back to the math class. 600,000,000*200,000 = 120,000,000,000,000. That's 120 Terabytes, which is 240 of those 500GB hard drives.

Alright I did some research. A kilobyte is 1024 bytes. 200 of those is 204800 bytes. 600 million of those is 122,880,000,000,000, and a terabyte is, in a way different from the kilobyte, exactly 10^12 bytes (2^40 is called a tebibyte), so the stash of pictures would be 122,88 terabytes which is around 111,76 tebibytes.
