Some of you guys had a problem with the last Punkbuster update. The FPS dropped to like 5-10, CPU @ 100%, and when you /quit ET you couldn't do anything in windows before you logged out/ did reboot.
My clanmate, Quiki, had the same. He tried so many things, and finally he found a solution. Very easy one.
You just have to delete the /pb/ folder from /ET/ directory, and then join any server. Then the new /pb/ folder will be created and it all works good.
I can't give you any guarantee that it works for you, I just want to say that it works for Quiki.
