New pc!

I'm gonna get a new PC to play battlefield 3 and the new games, plus playing poker and stuff.

I'm pretty retarded on hardware so after talking to some friends I made something like that:

Imo you should consider 8 Gb of memory, it will only cost you about €15 more

ye, thought about that and It was in my budget in the beginning, talked to some friends, 4gb to play is more than enough, I don't do any kind of photoshop / render shits

yeh but you'll be supprised the amount of difference RAM makes - even web browsers use alot of memory these days

4GB should enough to begin with anyway

At the moment it's enough, but in the near future it could be useful. Like Ethr said, so many things benefit from some extra memory. You can always start with 4 Gb of course and maybe add some more later, but it can be hard to get the exact same memory.

Buy a single slot 4GB ram kit(it is slower as 2x2GB but,) you can upgrade to 2x 4 GB in the future, the price of RAM is still going down and last time I heard news about was like a month ago and the expections were that it would go down even more or stay this price till atleast the end of this year, just keep an eye on it.

Also I would go for a better quality motherboard. I heard from a lot of people that ASrock isn't the best choice. I'm using a MSI motherboard,MSI P67A-GD65 (B3), and It works perfectly and also has a great built quality. Gigabyte and Asus are fine too I guess.

I don't know anything about the Power Supply Unit(PSU) you got in that list but it might be word looking at the Antec TruePower 650W, I read a review about it and it was pretty much the best 650W PSU with a nice price. NEVER go for a cheap PSU, you should always invest in a good PSU.

The last thing I would really advice you is to go for a SSD, in most computers nowaday the harddrive(HDD) is a bottleneck. If your budget also it go for the vertex 3 120 GB. I own a 60GB and I regret buying such a small drive so if you buy a SSD go for atleast 80GB+.

Older AMD/ATI cards sucked,yes.
Newer cards are able to pown NVIDA.
You can get almost same powerful card in much cheaper way=>AMD.

4gb of ram should be enough for gaming, heard that the new Crysis is the only game recommending for more than 4gb. But on the other hand, 8gb doesnt cost that much more than 4gb. So if u dont mind spending ~20€ more, go for 8gb!

Just don't get an ATI video card and you'll be fine. They are cheaper because they are crap quality.
