Problem with ventrilo and TS2

I haven't played around 3 months , and now i decided to play few pracs with my friends , and i have such problem :

When i play WITH ventrilo/TS2 , then ET crashes for 30 (buttons are not working and i cant hear ts/ventrilo but game continues) seconds or smth , and then i can play again and then again it crashes . Maybe I should install new audio/sounds drivers ?

What should i do ?
