Teams like ac milan or inter or real madrid used to spend the most the last few decades yet no one complains but if city or chelsea do it... It's the only way those teams have a change to compete. The big clubs havee all the fans, viewers, commercial income, etc...
Those teams like man united or ac milan bought their way to the top aswell, just like city or chelsea. The only difference is it was years/decades ago and on a smaller scale.
