Basketball is more interesting to play, but mostly football is more interesting to watch. Although NBA playoffs vs random league game in Football, NBA wins always. Only Champions League games beat NBA playoff games.
I really don't care to watch basketball at all. Football is pretty boring, only watching some "big" games. Ice hockey is really entertaining. Also watching other winter sports and athletics is fun!:D
He's talking about the fact that this sport is the best because theres bunch of retard jumping in a stadium. Now explain me how that make it the best sport ?
Because the point of every sport is to unite people and make them compassionate. If we would to decide what sport is the best by the number of people it brings together - Football would win hands down.
Depends where you put a boundary between sport and mating ritual.
I believe organized sporting events came up as a mean of training and determining the best warriors/specialists. Thus of a co-operative cause.
Why do you call them retards? It is called being supportive / fan.
Not going to write any essay for your question "Now explain me how that make it the best sport ?" , just this is my opinion.
That puts another point into Footballs favor, its the most accessible sport. You just need something to kick and some free space. For tennis you need a decent court, a net and rackets that usually cost couple hundred dollars.
pls point out where i stated something about my preferences.
as far as i know i asked a question and offered another view on "what people might think".
True Warrior/Sportsman seeks for the biggest challenge possible, and it doesn't sound to challenging to beat your opponent by not giving him access to same means.
i didnt mean and say that it isnt debatable but i meant that i stated a fact (22peeps, 1 ball) and that some people might THINK its boring.
but lets leave it at that
as long as soccer is still built on an unexact system with 3 guys on the court who have to see everything that happens withing milliseconds, just because it has always been like that, it will never be as good as football.
absolutly not my intention.
my point is that i ve so far not heard a single reason why the current soccer referee system would be better than an exact system like in football.
Rather than saying football is shit cause it doesnt use cameras like in American football. You clearly tried to provoke a reaction, because you are European and you live in this culture where people dont use the term soccer. So you are just trying to be different for using soccer instead of football.
lol thank god i m not suffering your problems.
i have been going to school and i was told that football is not the same as soccer and i am also following the NFL which is the reason why i am careful about which word i say.
So, who told you that football =! soccer:D And why the hell do you believe him.
You can use only feet to play football and there's a ball. It's as logical as it gets. On the other hand, football as in American football doesnt make any logical sense at all.
i m tired of discussing with you.
its not like this is the first time and to say it with your words you live in this culture where every opinion is strictly wrong and shit and everything is only worth being seen in a negative way.
read throught that conversation and tell me the necessarity of countering your argument.
you re paranoid and accused me of doing or being something without the slightest reason given.
i call myself out of this discussion since discussing with guys like you is pure rubbish
e: the reason why you are discussing is to state someones mistake no matter whether it does make sense or not. but the point of discussing is bringing in an opinion and prolly learning something new.
Leixlip is not in Dublin; it's in Kildare. A guy I went to college with works at HP and has to get up at around 6.30am every morning just to make it in there on time (he lives in Dublin city centre, though). Where are you going to live?
Yeah, I know Leixlip is not Dublin. But I'm not gonna live in some small village when I can live in Dublin for a few years.
I was thinking about getting a room in Stoneybatter, Smithfield or Rialto.
Those places are shit holes, to put it bluntly. Look no further north than Dame Street and no further west than Camden/Aungier/South Great George's Street. Merrion Square is a nice spot. www.daft.ie is probably the best site for property.
What nr. should I use for that area? Is that Dublin 2?
Edit: What a strange city Dublin is btw. Everybody I asked keeps saying what shit neighbourhood this or that is. So far practically everything West of St. Patricks Cathedral and North of the Liffey River has been called a shithole where you don't want to live.

fireworks indoor = best :D
for me the worst sport on the world is boxing
Too many workless, violent & racists follow this game.
Worldwide football is still the most popular :P
But, calling something the best in a subject of opinion is a bad idea anyway, you are right.
It wasnt for uniting people or to feel compassion. That just comes now with the modern day sports.
I believe organized sporting events came up as a mean of training and determining the best warriors/specialists. Thus of a co-operative cause.
Not going to write any essay for your question "Now explain me how that make it the best sport ?" , just this is my opinion.
u no hipster at least
as far as i know i asked a question and offered another view on "what people might think".
and there would be people who'd argue that the more accessible/easier/common/... the more interesting it gets
but lets leave it at that
