Drivers / Command map icons

Well, somebody of you had a weird problem with some version of nvidia's display drivers, you couldn't see the icons of the command map. That's why I'm using older drivers, but I visited @ my mate's, he had newer drivers installed, and his tv-out was working better. It scaled the picture to the resolution of TV, and ofc it looked a way more better. So, what's the latest version of nvidia drivers which show the icons in command map?

I just installed the newest nvidia drivers from their site, and now I can't see the icons. :-< It's not fixed!

Maybe it's because you use 16bit textures?

Quote#984 - workaround for bug in nvidia 91.xx drivers not displaying commandmap icons properly

Known issues with ETPRO 3.2.6

Quote#984 workaround does not work with 16 bit textures. Use r_texturebits 32 to see the icons on the command map.
