Deadlift 1 x 190kg heavy - pretty sure I could pull 200kg now
Squat 1 x 190kg heavy as hell
Some assistance lifts:
Deadlift standing on a 5cm platform 5 x 150kg easy
Dumbbell bench press 10 x 30kg easy
Incline bench press narrow grip 5 x 75kg quite hard
My bench has stalled for a while but its starting to improve again thanks to new routine.
I dont do those other exercises you mentioned + Im 186cm / around 100kg in the morning.
