Spirit by stefanka is by far the best looking skin that has ever been made. You can find it on deviantart. Make sure to read the readme so you know what settings to change so it looks like its supposed to.

However no matter how much Ill mod my desktop, nothing beats winamp classic original skin in minimode. :)
