for me, just talking about raw fragging ability and reliability, 
boNg & 
flashdown, just always doing those nonstop needed frags :3 (no matter of the opponents skill, even rolling highskillers and EC-peepz).
(ofc I'm talking about people you played with A LOT, e.g. in_a_clan and not "mm i played with maus once in mix 4 years ago i think he beast")
+ I'll add maza, 
phyzic and rNz (basically everyone from 
Carnifex was completely ownage except for me).

Worst player was
sqzz, besche, wiesiek, emorej, kresti, xylos, karnaj, nuggan, suVi, rossko, Jinosta .. then again this is a limited list since i wouldn't want to and vice versa play with your typical ego nerd highskilled players
but it's weird cos most of these players are kind of rambo / aim players and I normally don't like that style but then when I have the role of the objective engy player in the team, obviously the players I play with are most likely going to be of this style since one of the obj role is taken by me, if that makes sense :D
also there are a few players that i played with only a couple of times so can't really put them down, matias, tekoa, fobje etc decent players but haven't played with them enough to say anything

Everytime the pressure hits him, he crumbles (think he's underperformed in all the lans? cc7, aef, sage) which seperates the boys from the men.
