Menu for a big party

Hello
Basically, I'm organising a New Year Party 11/12 for 100 people. Last year, I did it for 50 people, now I rented a bigger place. The issue is that I need to prepare some food for my guests. Of course, I'll have some help (from a bit more beautiful part of my guests ;p) with preparing it^^
So, what could I prepare / buy as ready? (Note: there is no kitchen)
List so far:
- sandwiches
- canapes (?)
- fish canapes
- dry smoked pork sausage
- salad with smoked chicken, ananas, eggs, canned celery
- fish to greek
- boiled eggs
- red borsh with pasty
- cucumbers
- bananas
- mandarines
- chips
- salt sticks

cheese & onion, chicken salad, prawn mayonnaise, ham & mustard, egg mayonnaise and BLT.
fillings such as chicken & chorizo, roast beef & horseradish, ham salad, New Yorker (pastrami) and chicken & bacon.
Wraps
flavours such as chicken & bacon Caesar, chicken tikka, chicken fajita, Moroccan spiced houmous, and honey & mustard chicken.
Bites
selection of chicken pieces includes hot & spicy chicken wings, roast drumsticks and southern fried chunks.
Crudités & dips
mix of carrot batons, cucumber, mange tout, baby corn, celery and red and yellow peppers with pots of houmous and salsa to dip into
Cheese platter
wedges of Stilton, French Brie, West Country Cheddar, Yorkshire Wensleydale & cranberry and French goats' cheese, plus three packs of oatcakes and chutney on the side.
Fruit platter
melon, strawberries, pineapple, mango and seedless grapes comes with a tasty crème fraîche dip.

But if you havent really made one before than it's easier to buy from a shop. It's cheap anyways.

3. warzywa chrupiace pokrojone w paski i do tego sos czosnkowy na bazie smietany 12% z ziolami i chili - ogroki, marchewka, lodygi selera etc.
4. makaron na zimno - swiderki - z tunczykiem z puszki, gotowana fasolka szparagowa zielona, cebula, czosnkiem i sokiem z cytryny
5. popros jakas kobite zeby upiekla ciasto, bo to sie zawsze sprawdza lub sam wykombinuj np. sernik na zimno

Wtf @ bananas + mandarines btw.
What you need (recipe for 4 to 6 persons, adapt it to the number of guests) :
- 3 slices of ham (prosciutto di parma or wet-cured ham, better with prosciutto though)
- 50g of butter
- White cheese with fines herbes (boursin for instance)
Recipe :
- Mix the butter and the cheese together
- Spread this mix on the slices of ham
- Roll the slices
- Put it to the fridge
- Before serving it, cut it in pieces (1 or 2 cm long)
