Lets start by saying that TZAC has helped our community to a great extend. I thank chaplja for the work he put into it.
Now on to the actual issue at hand. It saddens me that the once flourishing ET community is now a very small and negative community. Though without TZAC I believe even more people will consider quitting the scene, I do not think that ET has reached its end just yet. Keep in mind that the life ET currently has is in all of us, not just 1 software tool nor 1 man. Our spirit determines whether ET is alive or not.
For the sake of ET, stay positive and lets keep on having fun. Participate in the few great tournaments and cups that are still being hosted.

1. the action of or noise produced by laughing
2. the experience or manifestation of mirth, amusement, scorn, or joy
"She roared with laughter (= laughed very loudly).
As we approached the hall we could hear the sound of laughter."
ET will be back in the state that it was before SLAC/TZAC.
Nopb configs will be used again.
ET Leagues will enforce more rules to prevent cheaters and maybe increase their admin staff to become more efficient.
ET will have more players after TZAC vanishes.
....? If with more you mean those who are currently banned or those who are not willing to play because they can't cheat? I seem to miss the point where MORE players would show up?
A lot of people decided to 'take a break' or 'quit' since they couldn't cheat anymore, taking away that thing that is stopping them to cheat = They will return like "HEY GUYS MY BREAK WAS GOOD IS TZAC STILL RUNNING? LOL"
When/IF Tzac closes down = The end for ET imo
alot of people including myself just cba to play against constant hackers
which is the inevitable if we have to bring back no pb configs..
because i dont want to play random hackers in every single IRC war which means i wont play
However the decline will be much quicker after people who played with Tzac realize its starting to get polluted with hackers once again!
If you cheat after TZAC goes down, say goodbye to ET. I understand people cheat to win, and they feel they're no good... but seriously, if you do cheat, you won't have anyone else to play against. Go clean or say goodbye to your cheats and ET.
And maybe stop kicking new people from servers might help ET as well xD.
Same for people that want to start the game, it is so different from the rape and camp style you find in modern games.
And if we are really in need of players go to the Jaymod servers there are a lot of players there still. ^^
Graphics don't make a game :). We need to show them the fun about ET. Like that you actually need tactics, aim and some brains to play it. Instead of Just mashing the buttons in MW3. That's why i'm still playing it anyways :D
is really fun, the same with ET
Make a ET-movie with a mix of Low and High skilled players so that the new players doesnt get afraid to get bashed by the pros. Any Idea is good. :)
