Just take S2 heroes and go mid.

Best hero when playing with shitters is proly midas as you can bait your awful team mates and turn around most fights even with the most horrible starts due to his heal and ridiculous nuke/stun.

Plus the more awful team-mates you heal with second skill, more damage done.

Try solo queuing Dota2. You play with people who have never played before each game. Dota 1 players are fucking shitty.
