The buzzer is once again looking for

A website from an artist (i think) where there were a lot of effects :) for exemple: You could write something with some fire effects.

In an other part, you could fulfill a room with water and add wind into it, etc..

I know i don't give a lot of informations but i was young back then and I can't remember everything :D
