Since my laptop crashed this weekend, i'm looking for a new one. Since crossfire is full of nerds, i made this post!

This is what my school offers:

Asus X5QSF-S1123V-B

» Nvidia Geforce GT540 2GB

Price: 879,00 euro's

OR

Asus X73SV-TY088V-BE
» 17.3", 1600 x 900
» Intel i5-2410 processor
» 500 GB harddisk 5400RPM
» 4 GB intern memory
» Nvidia Geforce GT540 1GB
» Azerty keyboard
windows 7

Price: 649,00 euro's

They do have other offers, but those are 2 low. I was wondering if these are good deals....

Why dont you google those two models of laptops and see what prices you come up with, then you will know if your schools offers are good or not...

From those options what you have presented, i would advice to get Asus X5QSF-S1123V-B laptop for these following reasons.

» Better screen resolution. Size does matter.
» Much better CPU
» More RAM memory
» Better GPU performance (In theory)

If you're willing to pay more, you should look for a laptop with Nvidia GT555M gpu. it's much much faster.

Well, i founded only this as Asus branded laptop what might be better suited for your needs. It might only have dual core cpu but still only a handfull of games today support fully multi-core systems.

Those proper gaming laptops start atleast from 1 300 euros.

die bovenste is ongeveer wat ik nu heb. behalve ietsje minder in alles. en die laptop is een beest en valt echt mee voor de prijs dus pak die
