Personally, my NOT captain list (ie: who I wouldn't vote for) so far looks like:

west
Germany pumu
Netherlands kris

east
Poland doktor
Hungary CS4f1
Russia humM3L
LatviaClown (sorry uberMixer, you just had to be in the same region as Estonia Night! :<<)
(Night is the only true choice here!)

south
Italy Xylos
Israel CrozZ
Slovenia JaKaZc

north
Sweden crajsor
Finland Squall
