i got stable 100 on every map depends on the server
i was joking mr ugly twin! but i think my 500 ping could be a problem :/

with my new pc i could get 800 stable, but its pointless so i use 76 ;<

u should maybe use 125 fps and 100 packets :o i would also do that but i cant get it stable :,< u could also use 33fps with 100 maxpackets!
with linux i get 333fps and it fuckins owns!

but the quake3 engine says u send more with 91 packets and 100 fps
some one posted a site with all values off fps/packets :<
