cfg help :O

cg_voicespritetime (icons above head) wont work without
cg_novoicechats
so that means i need to put on annoying sounds

so my Q = is there a workaround about this.
That i can see the icons (ammo/medic) without being obligated to hear the spamming on the chatbox.

use the ventrilo time for giving normally clearly information.
Or giving my teammates a chance to tell more important stuff or to listen better to the incoming enemy's ?
