Desperately need help

Stefanka's Inspirat SE is possibly the coolest theme ever made. I've got all I want from it except that tray you can see in the top left corner and lower center. I'm just assuming it's the same. I'm going insane over it! If anyone can help me about it I'll be eternally gratefull.
