wouldn't a barrier idol of some sort have been more efficient (I am aware the opponents team is mostly physical dmg) I mean you are the support after all
items look fine imho, pk already gives a lot of survivablity and initiation . Astrolabe is good early item aslo, components and the full item are really usefull early game and late game its still usefull to heal yourself as a squishy support.
pk synergizes very well with glacious imho, especially to gank. you can go in slow + stun, so your teammates can get the kills. It also makes his ulti skill way more powerfull. Later on in teamfights he can use it to escape, ok maybe a pushstick would have been better if you play die hard support.
you talk about gank , but when glacius normally gets a pk it's way past the ganking stage. It only synergizes for his ulti, but can get easily stunned out without a shrunken
