help with q3!

Yo I have a problem with those white lights you can see here in the picture:

Is there any command to remove them? It's very annoying to play with them cuz I can't see all the other players then. Help please :(

then lower ur intensity + overbrightbits and higher ur gamma if it gets too dark, worked for me :O
