"Strong arms, chest, cool 6pack and decent legs > all." That also requires time and effort, doesnt it? And your argument about not having time..it takes like 4-5 times a week and takes an hour of your time each of the days, less time on cf, more in the gym, profit? ;)
And ye, unfortunately this shit needs to be worked to profit the results :(
Overall i don't have enough motivation to do so much sports per week :(
Just watch some motivational videos, make short time goals that you can progress to, not necesarily looking like arnold in 10 years but something like going to the gym 3 times a week and doing your best and trying to eat healthy food, when you feel you accomplished that set new goals and go for them ;)
And eating healthy is complicated nowadays, been kinda addicted to fast food lately :D gotta love mcdonalds muahaha, that tasty food mmhmhm :D But usually i eat healthy at home :P
Love the pump and being able to see progress on myself, like zyzz said, rather getting epic chest in reallife than epic chest in wow :D

But since I got this retarded metabolism as you do I keep eating alot just add more meat and vegtables than carbohydrates, loads of chicken, but its np for me I love it :)
Also I quit smoking and drinking now for 2 months, going to thailand february 29th so working on the beach body, no softdrinks, only water and green tea, and loads of proteinrich food :P I*ll post pics just before I go ^_^
And i wouldn't call that metabolism retarded, it's actually kinda useful for a lazy ass like me. Even if i do nothing for a month and eat shit all month long, my weight is still the same :D Might not be that useful for someone that trains :D
